Heather Wilkens- Birth Attendant
Heather completed her Midwife training in June 2013 through YWAM’s University of the Nations Birth Attendant School (BAS). Her practical training was in India, Tanzania and Zambia working with the underprivileged in government hospitals. From 2014-2016 she worked as a midwife in a YWAM run village clinic outside of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, East Africa. She loves the blessing of being able to welcome new life into this world as well as being there for women who may have had to birth their baby alone. Heather will be serving in the healthcare ministries of YWAM Perth and taking care of our 3 children.
